To Create an Account on MyNorthsideHR, follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the Website: Open your web browser and go to (https://northsidehospital.ehr.com/account/register).

Step 2: Find the Registration or Sign-Up Section: Look for an option that says “Create an Account,” It is usually located near the login area.

Step 3: Enter Required Information: On the registration page, you’ll be prompted to enter personal information. This might include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Employee ID (Your Employee ID is your unique company identification number.)
  • Date of birth
  • Social Security Number (last 4 digits) or other verification details, depending on the security measures of the platform.
  • Contact information (like phone number or address, if needed).

Please Note: The system will require you to provide either of your employee ID, SSN or Company Email Address. You must have at least one of these to proceed with your registration. Click on Forgot Email Address or Employee ID? If you can’t remember any. You may also contact your HR Manager for support.

Step 4: Create a Username and Password: Choose a username (usually your email address or a unique identifier) and a strong password. The password should include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols to meet security requirements. Make sure to write it down or save it securely.

Step 5: Agree to Terms and Conditions: Read and accept the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy if prompted. This step is necessary to proceed.

Step 6: Complete Verification: Some systems might require additional steps for verification. You might need to verify your email address by clicking a link sent to your inbox. In some cases, a two-factor authentication (2FA) process may be required, where you’ll need to enter a code sent to your phone or email.

Step 7: Submit Registration:
After entering all the required information and completing any verification steps, click on the Submit or Create Account button. Once your account is created, return to the MyNorthsideHR login page. Enter your username (email address) and the password you created to access your account.
